To start your journey calmly and organized, here are some useful tips:
• Arrival at the port: Be at the boarding area at least 1 hour before departure. If traveling by vehicle, be at the waiting area 1 hour before departure.
• Vehicles & driving on board: Only the driver boards with the vehicle during loading and is responsible for boarding and disembarking. Other vehicle passengers board on foot through the main entrance.
• Travel documents & Discounts: Carry necessary documents such as ID, passport, or driver's license. If entitled to discounts, have relevant proof (e.g., student ID, large family card).
